All TSC Online Services: How to easily access them

All TSC teachers working in Kenya’s public schools are employed by the Teachers Service Commission, (TSC).In both public primary and secondary schools, the Commission hires, oversees, and compensates teachers.

Several services are offered by the Commission through its website, https://tsc.go.ke/.

The Commission offers a number of services through its online platform, including:

ONLINE PAYSLIPS 

TSC payslips online is the official link that teachers can use to access their monthly payslips online. One must register before receiving login information in order to access payslips online.The TSC Registration Number and the provided or pre-set password are required to access the payslip portal.

TEACHERS ONLINE SERVICES

For teachers, the TSC website offers a variety of services. They are:

(a). LISTS OF ADVERTISED POSTS AND STATUS

Vacant posts are advertised on this tab by TSC. Through the tab, one may submit an online application for open employment and keep track of how those job postings are progressing. Visit the page by clicking on TSC adverts/vacant positions to find out the status of open vacancies and to apply.This page provides a thorough explanation of the application process for open TSC positions.

(b). REGISTRATION OF NEW TEACHERS

One must be registered with TSC in order to teach in Kenya. By going to the registration portal, one can register for a TSC number online: Click  to register for a TSC number. The links gives the necessary details for registering for a TSC number or teacher registration:

TEACHER APPRAISAL

Teachers are evaluated termly by the Commission. Every time the Commission makes the portal accessible, teachers are expected to go to the official appraisal page and enter their data. TSC CIRCULARS & OTHER MEDIA

The Commission routinely updates its website with a variety of circulars and other media. These documents are accessible here and can be downloaded.

TMIS RETURNS

The TSC online system requires teachers to occasionally update their information. These returns are posted on the TMIS portal, which incorporates the teacher management information system. Here are some details that can be updated:

 Online tax deductions card

Through the TSC online service portal, teachers and TSC secretariat staff can now obtain their P9 forms as well as their payslips online. They can make their returns now rather than waiting until June. Currently, they are able to file their tax returns as early as January each year.
