TSC :Additional List Of Hardship Areas For Teachers 2022

The work of a teacher is to mold students into responsible individuals who can integrate into any element of the dynamic society in addition to influencing their professional choices.

TSC is in charge of hiring, disciplining, and compensating teachers in government elementary and secondary schools.

The TSC has designated some postings for teachers as being in “hardship zones,” though.

Teachers working in these hardship areas in Kenya are normally given an extra allowance referred to as hardship allowance. Hardship allowance is pegged on the teacher’s job group and is fixed no matter which hardship area in Kenya you are working from.
