TSC Announces Teachers Payday Upon the Increment Agreement

TSC Announces Teachers Now Payday Upon the Increment Agreement. Teachers can expect their August salary after their employer TSC successfully negotiated a wage deal with the union they represent.

In a recent development, Knut, Kuppet and Kusnet agreed to the salary offer offered by TSC. The proposal calls for a base salary increase of up to 9.5% spread over two fiscal years beginning July 1, 2023.

As a result, teachers in the job group B5 to C2 will witness a salary increase of 2,148 after necessary deductions.

Other aspects of the agreement include an increase in housing allowances for teachers grouped in Cluster 4, spread over two fiscal years starting July 1, 2023.

Finally, housing allowances for clusters 3 and 4 will be harmonized and the full harmonization process will be completed by July 2024.

Recent negotiations have also paid off in terms of promotion. The council completed the promotion of 14,738 teachers in August 2023.

In addition, the Council announced 36,275 new vacancies for posts, enhancing opportunities for professional development among teachers.

TSC has assured all teachers that their August salaries will be paid by the end of this week, specifically Thursday. In a press release, TSC announced its commitment to ensure timely payment of salaries to teachers.

The full harmonization procedure will be finished by July 2024, and housing allowances for clusters 3 and 4 will then be unified.

Promotions are another benefit of recent negotiations. In August 2023, the council finished promoting 14,738 teachers.

The Council also disclosed 36,275 new job openings, expanding possibilities for teachers to advance their careers.

All instructors have received guarantees from TSC that their August salary will be paid before this week’s end, specifically on Thursday. TSC pledged in a press statement to guarantee teachers’ salaries are paid on schedule.
