TSC requirements for Interviews
Teachers have received a directive to begin preparing for interviews scheduled to commence on October 13, 2023, as per information obtained from a trustworthy source.
1. An original ID card.
2. An original set of academic and professional certificates.
3. A letter of appointment to their current class.
4. A letter of appointment to their current position.
5. An analysis of results for each subject in the KCSE exam over the past three years, duly certified by TSC CD/SCD.
6. A report on the evaluation of mission implementation in 2020, 2021, and 2022.
7. Any other relevant testimonials that substantiate their performance. Additional documentation required by TSC includes:
– A valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Department of Criminal Investigation (DCI).
– A Higher Education Loan Board (HELB) Certificate.
– A tax compliance certificate from the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA).
– Permission from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC).
– A Payment certificate from the Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) approved by TSC.
