Teachers and civil servants will not receive the salary increment promised by President William Ruto at the end of this month as the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC) has not completed the review process to factor in the raise
president ruto announced that teachers and other civil servants will receive their increased salaries from this month
But unfortunately the SRC is currently working on the review after concluding the public participation exercise two weeks ago . the commission then gazette the new salaries so that government department responsible for paying civil servants and teachers can implement the increase . of which the task will be completed by tomorrow in order to gazette it .
